Productive tools to help stop procrastination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Calendar + time blocking technic<\/strong> \u2014 put tasks into your calendar with a designated time block in which you will focus specifically on this task.<br><\/li><li><strong>To-do list<\/strong> \u2014 have all the to-dos in one spot. It will help you to see the progress.<br><\/li><li><strong>Focus sounds<\/strong> \u2014 put some focus sounds in the background to put your mind in the work mode. I enjoy <em><a href=\"https:\/\/tide.fm\/en_US\/sounds\/\">the tide app<\/a><\/em> also for the Pomodoro method (&amp; meditation).&nbsp;<br><\/li><li><strong>Pomodoro technic<\/strong> \u2014 work for 25 minutes &amp; take a 5-minute break. This method will help you stay focused during the working time &amp; put off all the distractions for later.<br><\/li><li><strong>Time batching technic<\/strong> \u2014 plan similar tasks together to avoid the constant change of focus. You can divide it by places, types of activity or the preparation process.
